Whenever I thought of Maui, I'd picture honeymooners, Polynesian people, snorkeling, maybe whale-watching, and really enormous brightly colored flowers. Bible-thumpers and Maui were two images I never put together. But they totally go!! And, to add to the fun, their churches have the funniest names ever - they've got the mainland beat, by a long-shot!

I'm just waiting to see what's around the next corner... "Jesus says get your ass in here" church, perhaps.
Still have not gotten into the water yet... hopefully tomorrow. Saturday for sure.

I've spent a lovely 6 hrs in Hawaii at the airport...closest I came and no churchs at all. I think I'd have to attend some meetings of the Jesus Wants Your Ass In Here congregation.... Hallejulah (sp)!!!
