Question of the day: Do I have too much time on my hands if I've registered my dog as my wife on FaceBook? And even less of a life if I've bothered to register her very own FB URL?
Who am I? At the end, could someone erect a statue in my honor? I would like it to say the following: “Wendy Newman was a woman who lived her own life creatively and with freedom. She loved an adventure and the thrill of not knowing how it would all turn out. She was entertaining, loving, happy, super-fun, easy to be with, committed, compassionate, and a true friend. Wendy was an extremely successful businessperson; an outrageously generous philanthropist; a respected leader in her communities; and was extraordinary in the sack. She was a protector of animals, a crusader for inclusion, an effective communicator – clear, direct and authentic; a woman of her word. She dedicated her free time to teaching others, and was a compassionate mentor providing openings, options, and possibilities to those who couldn’t see them for themselves. Wendy healed others through self-expression and willingness to reveal raw human experiences and vulnerabilities." Who’s going to pony up? I'd like it to be a 20-foot solid gold statue of my dog, Eloise, with a thought bubble over her head with words inside. Plant it in the center of the intersection of Main & S. Temple, SLC.
